About the Event
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, we will be cancelling all April workshops. We will post updates about our May plans as April comes to an end. Thank you for your understanding!
-------------------------------------------------------------------
This class will cover pinching (pinch pots), coiling, and slab building. When these 3 methods are combined, any clay form is possible. A hands-on finished clay sculpture will be completed. In addition, types of clay will be explained, how to store clay, where to buy clay locally, where you can find kiln space, and even rent studio space to continue your adventure in clay.
Sue Mason has been a ceramic artist, art educator and printmaker for over five decades. She uses her potters' wheel to produce fanciful functional and sculptural work for the home and the table. She has exhibited in galleries in California, the Southwest and on the East Coast. Her work can be seen locally in the River Gallery in Independence and the Currents Gallery in McMinnville.
Space is limited to first 12 adults who sign up, so reserve your spot now!
