About the Event
Explore your creativity with this open-ended and experimental art project!
Each participant will create a unique work (or works) of art using a variety of materials, including bleeding tissue paper, paint, tape, and other materials on upcylced, gessoed cardboard and mat boards.
A short demo will take place to give participants a look into how the materials can be used. This is a very exploratory process and participants are encouraged to push their creativity and play with materials! There is a lot of freedom with this project so have fun with it!
Nelina Vargas is a student at Western Oregon University pursuing a BFA in Art and Design. In the past, she has volunteered for the Grants Pass Museum of Art assisting with the teaching of youth art classes. She believes art should be accessible to people of all ages and is honored to be a part of this workshop!
Space is limited to first 12 adults who sign up, so reserve your spot now!
